At Green Stitch, every item is handmade with care and shipped with respect for the planet. Our goal is to deliver your sustainable goods efficiently while minimizing waste and environmental impact.

 Processing & Production Times

Because each product is crafted by hand, please allow a little extra time for us to create your piece:

  • Handmade-to-Order Items: Please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipping.
  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

We appreciate your patience as we create something unique — just for you.

 Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within Canada, United States and selected international destinations.
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or countries restricted by international shipping regulations.
  • Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. Green Stitch cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.

 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipping.


 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Review the tracking information provided in your confirmation email.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier for delivery updates.
  3. If you still need help, email us at dcampbe67@yahoo.ca — we’re happy to assist.

Please note: Green Stitch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.


 International Shipping, Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order to avoid unexpected fees.
